Tres congresos internacionales fueron dedicados a la intercomprensión europea en 2000, en 2001 y en 2005:
- In 2000 EuroCom was the central theme in the 35.th Linguistic Colloquium at the university of Innsbruck.
- In the European year of the language 2001 the EuroCom Research Group organized an international EuroCom-Congress at the FernUni Hagen.
The 125 participants came from more than 25 European countries.
- In January 2005 the first international EuroComGerm Congress was organized at the Technical University of Darmstadt:
